Our systems host talent information provided to us by you (the talent) or your authorized representative (a talent representative). If you are a talent representative providing us personal information on a talent, you must obtain the talent’s consent before providing such information to us.

Some of this personal information is collected directly, such as when you contact us or register with us or subscribe to our publications, and some is collected indirectly, such as your browsing activity while on our website (see ‘Cookies’ below).

Information related to your identity, such as your name (real or alias), date of birth, full addresses and location(s) of residency, social handles, your status in Canada and your ID.
